This site was established by four California entrepreneurs directly affected by the FTB’s decision on the Qualified Small Business tax exclusion.

The four of us have now joined together with over twenty-five other small business entrepreneurs and investors to form a lobbying coalition.  Our goal is simple  – to work toward a reversal of the retroactive application of this tax on small business owners.

We hope to continue to connect with the other 2,500+ investors and entrepreneurs in the state who have also been affected.
